Group Therapy
Group therapy provides an opportunity to learn not only from yourself but also from other people, and to explore social connection or other topics in a lower pressure environment. Creative therapy groups also incorporate expressive arts or gaming experiences, helping to work toward therapeutic goals from multiple angles. Individual and group therapy can be done separately or concurrently, depending on your situation, insurance plan (if applicable), and time commitments.
Groups listed below may be active or inactive at different times of year depending on need, availability, and client request. Participants must be located in Washington state.
